What to Do in Ottawa for Free this Weekend
- “Sounds like Christmas” Community Concert – Taking place Saturday at 4:00 pm at the Ottawa Chinese Bible Church. This multicultural church performs this concert for free annually.
- Lamina Vernissage – Taking place at the Old Chelsea Gallery, starting on Sunday and running through to Christmas Eve, a show of works by Martha Nixon.
- Christmas and Holiday Tunes – Head over to the National Gallery of Canada for this free concert performed by the National Capital Concert Band. The gallery creates a winter wonderland while while the band plays Christmas and seasonal music. Sunday at 1:30 pm. Entry is free with gallery admission.
- Wakefield Christmas Market – Enjoy the Old World charm of our favourite little village on Sunday from 4 pm to 8 pm with its annual Christmas Market. Build community, share in the holiday spirit and celebrate local talent.
